We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Development Representative with core strengths in sales, relationship building, and business development to help us build meaningful connections with potential customers and partners, with the same goal in mind – help people find jobs!

Requirements:

  • You passionately want to help others find the best jobs through friends, alumni and network connections
  • Become a social media recruitment expert, quickly
  • Cold call and qualify potential partners in high volumes in a high-energy startup environment
  • Articulate how our site improves the results and experiences for both the job seeker and employers

You May Be a Good Fit If:

  • You value helping people find the best jobs
  • You’ve held at least one business development / sales / fundraising type position
  • Your positivity is contagious
  • You can get to our HQ in San Francisco (SOMA)

Extra Credit For You If:

  • You know how to use Saleforce.com
  • You have any experience with recruitment technologies
