Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
 Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
 Perform cost-¬benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
 Give demonstration of our product to the customers &Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
 Penetrate into the local market and do promotions and also ensure that the product advertisement has reached to the doctors/ clinics /patients.
 Give Demo of the product to the patients in the clinics / hospitals
 Collection of orders from Doctors / Patients
 Ensure collection of payment for the sales done.
 To achieve and over exceed on monthly sales targets.
 Reach potential customers through cold calling
 Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
 Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
 Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
 Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
 Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
 Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
 Continuously improve through feedback

Job Requirements:
• Self- Motivated & a Team Player.
• Past experience in sales from Healthcare/Hospitals/Solution Selling/Technology background
• Ability to forge alliances with clinics/ hospitals / doctors quickly.
• People with contacts in Local commerce in the city they are applying for will be a bonus
• Strong Interpersonal and social Skills.
• Excellent communicator – Spoken and written skills in English. Local Language knowledge will be a bonus
• Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions.
• Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritise when under pressure.
• Solution selling experience would be a big Plus.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
