Job Description

Customer Support Executive will manage all customer concerns & queries to achieve customer satisfaction and to build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. We are looking for someone with a great understanding of the term customer care and very well know what it means to be customer – centric business. With Morphedo being the India’s first online community for 3D Printing services, you will be responsible for handling queries of customers, helping them in exploring our products and services, and on-board professional service providers over call, email, chat, social media channels, and website.

Key Responsibilities

Provide best-in- class customer service and problem resolution to customer.
Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.
Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
Plan approaches and pitches. Generate leads for the sales team to grow the categories manifold. Interact with providers regularly to ensure active engagement on the platform.
Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy
Ensure customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.
Record voice of customers and analyse triggers, scope of improvements, critical & trending issues.
Report key customer metrics and update customer database.
Work with marketing team to give insights about the customer to properly target and design promotional campaigns.


Extremely organized and able to communicate intelligently and professionally
Can manage time very efficiently and flexible in taking up multi-function responsibilities
Is Internet savvy, knowledge of computers, ecommerce/online shopping trends
Very proficient in Email management, Microsoft Office Word and Excel
Knowledge of Ecommerce, CRM is a huge plus
Committed towards work and positive approach to feedback, improvement and growth
Customer-centric, creative and analytical mindset
Passionate and Determined
High attention to detail, focus and a can-do attitude

Experience:1 – 3 Years of Sales/Customer Service experience in a competitive work environment

Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in any stream

Location: New Delhi

Salary: 10,000 to 18,000 Per Month
