Proven working experience in market research’ sales
Number driven with a track record of achieving set targets
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Multi-Lingual Proficiency (German, French etc.) is an added bonus
Expert understanding of sales principles and focus on customer service practices
Working knowledge market dynamics and customer requirements
You are expected to contact prospects from various industries. Engage them through conversation and determine their needs.
Conduct upselling and cross-selling on incoming or allocated report leads where essential to maximize revenue generation per account.
Handle end-to-end sales by conversion of pre-generated leads across multiple continents and maximize the revenue.
Coordinate and strategize effectively with research teams to conduct business development across key accounts through pre-sales research and post-sales follow-ups.
Overall, you are expected to handle both inbound and outbound sales, understand customer requirements, close sales and achieve the set targets
Maintaining and increasing sales of the company’s products to reach the targets and goals set for your domain
Establishing, maintaining and expanding the client base while servicing the needs of your existing clients
Compiling and analyzing sales’ figures in tandem to collecting and delivering customer feedback
Effectively strategizing and organizing the sales’ operations
Keeping up to the market dynamics and out do the competitors in every aspect
