Job Description

Person should be comfortable around people, good communication & listening skills, having experience in Business Development, Health Industry, Market Research, Strong Social Media presence for Lead Generation understanding or exposure to the scene in the world would for Social Cause be an added benefit. Additionally, should have a basic knowledge of Web Portals.
Roles & Responsibility
• To sign up and verify new Campaign on Ketto special health.
• To build and execute a strong marketing plan to drive awareness, adoption, and continuation of campaign with Ketto.
• To continuously interact with the Individuals on Ketto to develop new online fundraising ideas
• To help Business Development-Personal Team to create new fundraisers on Ketto
• To work with the Hospitals and get individuals on Board to sign up with us.
• To coordinate within team to help promote Ketto- Online and Offline Media
• Administrating campaigns via the platform on daily basis.
• Generating leads through Market Research and Social Media Presence.
• Cold Calling, Email marketing to the potential clients for Sign-up on the platform.

Skill Sets:
• The person should be highly active on Social Media and should be able to generate leads from there.
• Amazing Communication Skills
• Good at Market Research
• Amazing follow-up skills
• Target Oriented

Qualifications:
• Graduate in BA-Humanities are preferred
• Minimum 1 to 1.5 years of experience in Health Sector, Market research and Business Development Role and who have handled Health Campaigns in the past.
• Self driven and takes ownership, ability to deliver numbers
• Excited to work in a startup environment and looking for a fast growth
• Is great at communications; leading the charge for own area and category to bring new merchants on board via a combination of phone calls, emails and personal visits
• Loves to work in a young and fast growing company – which comes with its own kind of chaos and hard work.
• Sales and Target Oriented and Passionate for the same.
