Job Description

We work with a network of hundreds of agencies (digital, development, marketing, SEO, SEM) who promote our software to their own clients. This is the Yotpo Partner Program.

Many of the agencies we work with have referred only a small portion of their clients to us so far. It is your responsibility to identify what’s stopping these agencies from referring all their clients, understand what needs to be done to change that, and do whatever it takes to get them to refer all their clients. This will involve defining and running marketing campaigns with them, ensuring that all the key players in each company are aware of our tremendous value, and much, much more.

This is an extremely challenging job that involves marketing skills, interpersonal skills, sales skills, and a deep understanding of business.

You:

★ Are the main point of contact and advocate for our highest potential agency program partners
★ Are able to dramatically increase sales from these partners
★ Possess a proven ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and in person
★ Love teaching and consulting: you get excited when you help someone achieve a goal

Responsibilities:

★ Become an expert in Online Marketing
★ Serve as a highly knowledgeable point of contact for Yotpo’s suite of products and the User Generated Content methodology
★ Work closely with internal teams at Yotpo (for example the marketing team) to push projects that will improve the relationships with agencies that are under your responsibility
★ Maintain high activity rates with partners, keeping an open line of communication with key stakeholders
★ Work with partners (agencies) to identify their needs and offer them innovative solutions that really help them and their clients
★ Maintain a revenue base by supporting new sales, account retention and renewal
★ Independently and successfully manage a high volume of task execution, financial management and issue escalation cases
★ Help drive upgrade revenue from new product feature adoption and expanded usage
★ Support partners in a way that Yotpo is considered one of the easiest companies to do business with

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

★ Motivated self-starter who is hungry to learn and can provide strong examples of how you have achieved results while balancing demanding expectations
★ Must be smart and business savvy with consultative, problem solving, and issue resolution skills
★ You love marketing AND are very sales driven
★ It’s easy for you to build and maintain relationships, manage expectations, and identify issues that require escalation
★ Super organized, quick learner who works well under pressure
★ Strong negotiation skills, comfortable discussing financial options, and dealing with cancellations
★ Strong knowledge of the media/digital landscape
