We are looking the team’s next hire: a high-energy, entrepreneurial Partner Engagement Manager who will drive and accelerate as much new business revenue as possible from new partner agencies.

The role requires first-class relationship-building & communication skills, as you will introduce Yotpo to our new partners and help them define their client’s client’s strategic direction in the digital marketplace, through UGC.

You must have international experience and be a fearless presenter – high levels of initiative & energy, love trying new things, operating outside your comfort zone, unafraid of failure and love the thrill of closing deals.

What you’ll do:

★ Build meaningful, long-term relationships with strategic agency partners around the world
★ Anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of our partners and their clients, and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business
★ Independently and successfully manage a high volume of task execution, financial management and issue escalation cases
★ Collaborate with other Yotpo teams – marketing, product finance & customer success.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

★ You have existing knowledge of digital marketing, ecommerce, and/or direct B2B sales, and will have an emphasis on new partner business acquisition.
★ You are an excellent written and verbal communicator, and have the ability to persuade, inspire and motivate others
★ Must be smart and business savvy with consultative, problem solving, and issue resolution skills
★ Motivated self-starter who is hungry to learn and can provide strong examples of how they have achieved results while balancing demanding expectations
★ It’s easy for you to build and maintain relationships, manage expectations, and identify issues that require escalation
★ Strong negotiation skills, comfortable discussing financial options, and dealing with cancellations
★ Super organized, quick learner who works well under pressure
★ 2+ years agency experience in a client-facing/account management role a huge plus
★ Working on US time zone
