Open Position: B2B Sales (Health Data Partnerships)

Israel, Tel Aviv – Full Time

The q Data Exchange is a platform where multiple companies buy and sell data, under their control and terms. q’s platform solves the integration, scale and interoperability challenges, as wellas data privacy and data security challenges.
We are working out of Ramat Hahayal, Tel-Aviv. We are supported by the IBM Alpha Zone acceleration program and the Microsoft Ventures accelerator. We have a global operation with focus on the US market and health data.

Responsibilities:
● Support the executive team in growing the company globally.
● Build, develop and manage key customer relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
● Identify and engage new health data providers and buyers and maintain the relationship with the current ones.
● Take leadership for sales opportunities and push them through a long-term engagement process.
● Communicate effectively with external clients and internal teams to ensure client requirements and goals are met.
● Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects together with our marketing, product and technology teams (market analysis, preparation of sales and marketing material, definition and roll-out of new processes, participation in global events etc.).

Requirements:
● You are a Hunter personality, motivated and incentivised by sales performance.
● You are self-learning, fast, and comfortable with a situation of deliberate & emergent strategies.
● Very structured, proactive and self-driven behavior – within your existing scope and beyond, e.g. identifying areas for future growth.
● Experience in any of the following areas is a must: digital health, health analytics, health data trading and sharing, medical devices, health IT, practical medicine, health innovation.
● Experience in any of the following areas is a plus: big data, data trading, technical background in areas of data storage and analysis, familiarity with different data storage approaches.
● Strong negotiation skills, particularly in a complex sales environment plus strong interpersonal sales skills.
● Strong communication skills at multiple levels of seniority and the ability to cope with a rapidly changing environment.
● Fluent in English (native tongue a plus).
● Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
