ad2games is Europe’s leading branding and performance marketing expert for games. Part of the ad2games portfolio is our influencer marketing company nevaly. We develop and implement creative marketing strategies for international gaming clients. Our key clients are Konami, Ubisoft, Epic Games, Electronic Arts, Youzu, Nexon, Innogames and Kakao Games. We help these game publishers to target the right gamer audience using a variety of marketing channels, especially with our influencer marketing product nevaly, via Smart TV marketing and with innovative programmatic advertising. Our HQ is located in the heart of Berlin, along with offices in San Francisco and Shanghai.

You will be joining a team of international account managers, responsible for the advertiser and affiliate side of our business. If you are a passionate gamer and marketing enthusiast, interested in working in this exciting industry, then this might be the right opportunity for you.

Your Role:

-You lead and shape an international team of 5-7 account managers and are responsible for recruiting and training new team members

-You participate in setting sales targets for your team, you monitor and make sure these targets are achieved

-You monitor and grow the existing client and affiliate portfolio, participate in client and affiliate meetings and take an active and operational role

-You create forecasts, execute market analysis and identify trends of the gaming industry

-You work on strategies and new opportunities with existing key account advertisers and help your team to constantly scale up accounts

-You build relations with key international online gaming companies, traffic sources and media buyers

Our Requirements:

-You have already gained over one year experience in managing a team

-You are an expert in affiliate marketing and have 3-4 years of experience within the field

-You understand the gaming industry and have ideally gained your experience within the industry or as part of an agency or affiliate network working with gaming clients

-Strong interpersonal skills, outstanding business sense and confidence in building sustainable relationships

-Excellent communication skills in English, any additional language is a plus

-You are numbers driven and have an analytical mind

-You are a team player and have your team’s back

-You stand by your opinion and are able to express it

-You have a flexible mindset that helps you adapt and deal with challenging situations

-You can handle stress extremely well
