ComboStrike is a 360° advertising and marketing agency focused on the gaming industry. As a full-service agency, we provide oversight and implementation of a wide range of services including market research, PR, digital marketing, influencer marketing, branding, creative services and event management.

We began with our brand ad2games, focusing on delivering users to the biggest F2P companies in the world. Several years ago, we founded a sister company (nevaly) to explore the hottest new marketing space; influencers. We also built internal departments that cover Programmatic, Facebook and SEM. With the establishment of ComboStrike we now deliver multi-faceted marketing solutions to companies like Amazon Games, Epic Games, Tencent, Konami, Wargaming and many more.

You will be joining a team of international AdOps and Performance Marketing Managers responsible for the technical setup of our campaigns. You will get the opportunity to manage the entire campaign lifecycle and be the number one contact for your colleagues during the runtime of the campaigns. Your Role

– You setup, analyse and optimise social media marketing campaigns for games worldwide achieving given CPA goals
– You continuously optimise the performance of your campaigns using various internal tools and external platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, VK, reddit, Quora, Twitter etc.
– You work with our internal design team to create and optimise high performing creative materials (banners, landing pages)
– You use out of the box thinking to come up with new target groups (keywords, placements, user profiles)
– You conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities and assist with creating media plans

Our Requirements

– You have 1+ year experience in working with Facebook Ads Manager
– You have a great interest in online performance marketing
– You are a great communicator and fluent in English
– You are a team player, but also able to work independently, you know how to prioritise and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– You bring very strong analytical and number skills, you are an excel pro and have and are very detail oriented
– You know how to test, investigate, analyse & solve problems and clearly communicate results
– Driven to succeed, to meet and to over-achieve targets and goals
– Entrepreneurial in your approach of media buying and also able to think outside the box to come up with new solutions to your daily challenges
– Ideally you have experience with Google Tag Manager and programmatic campaign management such as DBM, Dataxu or any other DSP
