You are responsible for the selection of internal and external personnel as well as for the pro-active administration and constant optimization of our HR-recruiting processes
In the process, you work closely with our specialists and hiring managers and consult them in regards to the succession placement and filling of positions
The internal selection of future Hiring Manager is among your responsibilities and you can provide the according methods as well
You support the set-up of a unique company culture and bring the best people on board
You support the recognition of N26 as an attractive employer and promote the continuous advancement and improvement of our personnel marketing activities by organizing various HR projects e.g. in the area of employer branding, company culture, university marketing etc.


Completed university degree or apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on Human Resources
4+ years of relevant experience in recruiting – in a startup, in a mid-sized company with digital focus or in the field or headhunting / recruitment consulting
Diagnostics as well as the implementation of leadership trainings are no problem for you
Advanced knowledge of the common MS Office applications
Experience with one or more candidate management systems (e.g. Greenhouse)
Must have: You already worked in a startup and you know the differences e.g. to corporate structures
Fluent English language skills (spoken and written), German is a plus
Very good negotiation skills, pro-active way of working, excellent communication skills as well as a high standard of quality in all areas
You bring organization and coordination talent as well as a confident, applicant oriented behavior
Ability to work in a team, enthusiasm for learning, and for working independently
