Your tasks

– Create and maintain training materials, including knowledge-base articles, recordings and user manuals
– Maintain overall knowledge quality (findability, usability, timeliness)
– Design learning modules for users, according to the customer success strategy
– Monitor trends in the knowledge base, identify gaps, track analytics, assess program health.
– Anticipate emerging cases by proactively seeding knowledge base
– Campaign on behalf of our customers for an experience that exceeds their expectations
– Promote adoption and use of the knowledge platform and encourage the staff and workers to share knowledge effectively

Your skills

– Technical understanding and an ear for language
– Familiar with information architecture (or UI/UX knowledge)
– Analytical skills and the ability to manage a project autonomously
– You are customer focused with high standards for delivering value to customers
– Native German, fluent English [fluency in French a big plus!]
– Previous Customer Support/Success experience, a plus
