You’ll be in charge of:

-Develop and research customer personas for our B2B SaaS product
-Create, test and improve outbound campaigns to cold prospects
-Use cold emails and phone calls to get them excited about our solution
-Schedule demo’s between prospects and our account executives
-Support our account executives in closing deals

Our ideal candidate brings:

-C1 German language proficiency or better
-2+ years of experience selling a B2B SaaS product or HR-Tech
-A drive for trying out and refining cold approaches
-A passion for learning and working with a team to improve your sales skills constantly
-A structured and data driven work style to set yourself up for success
