Job Description

As a business Analyst & Administrator you will be part of the BI team which is responsible for consolidating the entire company and market data. We are looking for you as an experienced BI expert to help the team to combine and analyse this data to provide better insights to the organization. As part of the team you will work with almost all departments at orderbird and help them to make smarter business decisions based on the information generated and provided by you and the BI department.

What you will do:

– You will be the business partner for the sales department to support the setup of new pricing models and technical implementation in our Subscription Billing Tool
– You will be responsible for the general administration of our Subscription Billing Tool
– You will be responsible for the analysis of performance marketing channels (for example: cost per lead, conversion rate etc.)
– You will be responsible for further improvement of customer profitability calculation (lifetime value)
– You ensure high data quality of our operating systems
– Ad-hoc analysis for various departments and recommendation of actions/tasks will be also part of your responsibilities
– You will support and further increase the quality and insights of the monthly reporting for top management

What we care about:

– You bring deep understanding marketing processes, with focus on performance marketing
– You bring great understanding of data structures in combination with deep understanding of business processes (interface between IT and other departments)
– You have a talent when it comes to translating, analysing and simplify requirements for mixed audiences
– You have excellent Excel skills which means that you can use the tool efficiently and share you knowledge with the organization
– You have a solid understanding of SQL query creation since you will need this for ad-hoc analysis, data consistency checks and the improvement of our reporting
– Having knowledge of SalesForce and Zuora as well as of ERP systems will be helpful for your start within the company, this is however not a must
